Obituary for Harriett Helen Hall

Harriett Helen Hall , the 4th child of Frank and Hanna Hall was born on January 5, 1915 in Elgin, Illinois. After being baptized and confirmed in Elgin, The family of 5 moved west to Dawson Minnesota so Frank could be near his brother. Harriett attended school in the Dawson, Nassau/ Bellingham area completing the 3rd grade. Harriett went on to become a nanny taking care of a lifelong friend, Sandra Marks. She would come home to help with her 9 siblings when her mother fell ill. The house on the south side of Bellingham was leveled from a tornado. They then moved outside of Bellingham where brothers Harold, Bill and herself lived until they retired from farming. They then moved to Madison. Due to aging and a few health issues, Harriett went into the apartments at the Madison Lutheran Home where she lived until passing in her sleep Friday, December 22, 2017. Harriett is survived by her brother Sheldon of Albuquerque, NM. Loved by many nephews and nieces. A service will be held at the Madison Lutheran Home's chapel this Saturday, December 30th at 2pm. Harriett's nephew, Jim Hall will be presiding over the service. All are welcome!

Visitation will be on December 29, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Zahrbock Funeral Home Chapel, Madison, Minnesota. Visitation will continue one hour before the service on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at the Madison Lutheran Home Chapel, Madison, Minnesota.
